How do you know we're actually losing that much?

We don't assume a number. Before anything else, we map your real enquiry volume and where the leaks are — missed calls, after-hours, cancellations and no-shows — and agree a target based on that. If the recoverable opportunity isn't there, we'll tell you.

What counts as a 'recovered booking'?

A booking that would likely have been lost without us: a missed call followed up and booked, a late enquiry answered and booked, a cancellation refilled, or a no-show re-engaged into an appointment. We define exactly what counts, in advance, so both sides are clear.

How does the guarantee work?

How quickly can we go live?
